Just when we thought the race director had regained his sanity after losing it at last year’s Spinx Run Fest, he’s gone off the deep end again. This time he’s really gone M.A.D. with his Price Slasher.

M.A.D. stands for Marathoner Appreciation Days. For a limited time, you can sign up for the Spinx Marathon FOR ONLY $47!! That’s the lowest price ever offered in the history of the event!

But hurry. The race director is back on his meds, and is sure to recover from this “discount delirium” all too soon. My advice is to SIGN UP TODAY. You would be crazy not to!

COURSE MONITORS NEEDED! EARN $100 FOR YOUR GROUP!

SPINX RUN FEST is looking for groups to help monitor turns and intersections on the Spinx Marathon and Run Town USA Half Marathon courses. We need at least 6 adults, college age or responsible high school age persons in each group. The groups will monitor several turns/intersections in their assigned area. We will need your group for approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. EACH GROUP WILL RECEIVE $100 FROM SPINX RUN FEST.

SPINX RUN FEST is the biggest running event in Greenville, and our races require a total of 20 water stations. We need help from your group (at least 8 persons) and we’re willing to pay for it! EACH GROUP WILL RECEIVE $100 FROM SPINX RUN FEST.

Join the SRF "Superstar" Volunteer Team!

It’s going to be a very busy year for Spinx Run Fest. All of our race routes are unique and go different places, which means we need more volunteers than ever before to monitor the courses, give directions and help keep the runners safe from the motoring public. At the moment, we’re looking at needing around 200 course monitors, in addition to over 100 helpers needed at the aid stations (water stops).

At Spinx Run Fest, every volunteer is a Superstar. We would love to have you on our team. If you’ve helped at SRF in the past, you know how much fun and exciting it is to be part of this huge event. If you’ve never been a SRF volunteer, then this is your big chance. EXPO Vendor Information Package

The 2011 Spinx Run Fest EXPO will be held at Greenville Drive stadium on October 28 from noon to 8:00 pm. We’re expecting record numbers to attend, so if you’re serious about promoting your business, products, services or cause, this is a great opportunity to get your name in front of a huge crowd.

Drive stadium has room for roughly 40 booths and 20 tents. The booths will be located in the covered concourse area. The tent spaces are out in the open, but they’re closer to the main entrance. Packet pick-up is on the far end of the concourse, so runners will have to walk its entire length - maximizing exposure for all the vendors.

The PACKAGE DEAL from last year was a big hit, so we’re bringing it back again. You get a booth or tent space and get your name all over the place, including your 1/4 page ad in the official 2011 Spinx Run Fest Guide, your ad and coupon in the e-packet, your logo on the stadium video board, and plenty of company shout-outs at the EXPO.

Registration for the EXPO is online. Payment is by e-mail invoicing (Pay Pal), which you’ll receive a day or two after signing up.
